Q - How do I place an order with Amazingly Personalised?

Q - What is the lead time for delivery?

A - As all our products are handmade and personalised just for you, our valued customer, please see the individual product page for lead time for manufacturing and the Royal Mail website for the lead time for delivery.

Q - Is my data secure?

A - Yes. No personal details are held by Amazingly Personalised. As soon as you, our customer, receive your personalised gift, your personalised details are automatically deleted.

Q - How is my payment processed?

A - Your Payment is processed by PayPal. When you process your order at the check out page, you are redirected to the PayPal payment page. Here you can check out using your current PayPal account, or, there is an option on this page to check out as a guest

Q - Is my payment information secure?

A - As your payment is processed by PayPal, no card information is held by either Amazingly Personalised and/or PayPal, so you can be 100% confident about your personal details.

Q - What personal information do you require?

A - As each item is unique the level of personalised detail changes per item. Please see the relevant product for the personalised detail required.

Q - What is your Return Policy?

A - As each item is personalised to the details required per customer, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns once the item has been manufactured. The only return we can accept is being notified within 24 hours of receipt of any manufacturing issues.

Q - How are your products shipped?

A - All our products are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. See the the Royal Mail website for further information on this service by Clicking Here.

Q. - If I Subscribe to Email updates - how will my data be secure?

A - Amazingly Personalised do not have any affiliation with any 3rd party sources and so you can be 100% confident that no email addresses will be sold on.

Q What is SSL

A SSL means that your connection is Secure. Your information, for example Credit Card/Debit Card Numbers, Passwords, or any other personalised details are private when it is sent to a site that has the SSL Encryption.

Q How do I know for sure that you have SSL Encryption

A Any site that has SSL Encryption and thus go that extra mile to protect your data on line will show a Padlock in the Address Bar. For example please see the image below.

Q-If I have made a mistake in my delivery address can I change it?

A- Unfortunately no. Please double check delivery address before confirming payment as any errors cannot be rectified at a later date as the books are sent via first class post only.

Any errors not identified prior to posting is at the risk of the customer.

If the wrong delivery address is advised and the goods are dispatched we cannot retrieve the goods.

If the goods fail to arrive, due to wrong address given at check out and not amended prior to dispatch, than this is at the sole cost of the customer and any replacements required will incur a full cost of a replacement book and no refund will be applicable.


Q- The cut-off date for delivery before Christmas is the 11th of December, can I still order after this date?

A- You an still order from our website after the 11th of December, however we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
